A Personal Application
At the Institute of Advanced Healing, we believe it is important for our Life Coaches/Counselors to have a personal experience, using TheQuest Self Healing System to resolve issues and heal patterns before they can skillfully work with others. This personal application builds a base of first hand knowledge that is an essential element in understanding the psyche and effectively working with the psychology of others. As you gain greater mastery over your psychology, you feel an ever-deepening sense of peace, knowing you have the tools to handle any life situation masterfully, swiftly, and with an ease relatively unknown in this world. You are able to turn challenging situations into opportunities of expansion and growth, to heal relationship dynamics, quickly restoring the harmony and love, and to extricate yourself from all patterns and addictions that are limiting your authentic selfhood and creative self expression.
Personal Empowerment
When you understand your psychology, you have greater control over your life circumstances. As you master TheQuest Principles and work to heal every adverse condition, you have a greater command of your life. When you heal your patterns, you change your destiny by moving beyond the limitations of your subconscious programming to fulfill a greater potential.
Scientists have long understood humanity is living 10% of its capacity and potential. This is because of the ‘viruses’ that have gotten into the human ‘computer system.’ Learning how to skillfully erase and reprogram these limiting patterns is an essential Life Mastery Key in TheQuest Training Course.
Another important element in TheQuest Training is giving back the control to the Authentic Self. The subconscious programs passed down through our family lineages have created what many call the ‘Shadow’ or alter self. This overlay has not only kept most of humanity out of touch with themselves and their source, but it has created endless challenges of a dire nature. It is this subconscious programming that Dr. Ariel found as the cause of suffering and why Eden remains lost to Earth.
Life Mastery Training
Highly experiential in its application, this program gives you the Life Mastery skills, knowledge, and tools to not only become a Counselor and Life Coach, but to apply these principles and practice in your daily life. Through the year, you will be transforming your life while learning how to heal others and you will gain greater mastery over your psychology as you Actualize your Full Potential.
You will be applying TheQuest Life Mastery training weekly through Self Counseling sessions as issues arise, skillfully healing patterns that have limited your life expression and shadowed your family line. You will be extricating yourself from programming that has caused suffering and you will be gaining mastery in living in your Authentic Self most of the time. This will give you an unparalleled life experience and level of mastery that you will then be able to pass to your clients.
Through this personal application you will develop skill in utilizing TheQuest 7 Step Self Counseling Technique to heal your patterns, resolve issues, and to change the challenging conditions in your life. As you make room for your Authentic Self, you will live a more empowered life, gaining confidence in knowing who you are beyond your patterns and personality limitations. As you master your psychology, you will empower your Authentic Self and fulfill a Higher Destiny. You will understand your Life Purpose and be able to masterfully design your life, allowing the greatest self-expression.
Home Study Program
Along with the direct knowledge you will gain by applying TheQuest Principles and Practice in each training session with Dr. Ariel, you will be fulfilling a study requirement. A list of potential books as well as reading materials will be provided. The suggested reading amount is one book per month. Upon completion of each book, you will be required to hand in (via email) a written page on what you learned and gained from the book, and how you are going to apply that in your life.
Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship begins at the six-month point. During the apprenticeship period, you can apply TheQuest Life Coach/Counseling for friends, family, and others for free or on a by-donation basis. A minimum of 24 clients must be worked with over the last 6 months of the course. This will begin to build your client base. A written testimonial must be turned in from each client/session, that can then be used to build your testimonials on your brochures and website. Each session must include TheQuest Seven Step Counseling Technique.
Final Exams
A testing period will commence towards the end of program where it is required to show proficiency as a both a Counselor and a Client, as well as turn in a written exam, receive an oral exam, turn in a Self Counseling paper.
Certification
Certification as a TheQuest Life Coach and Counselor will take place once the training course, Apprenticeship Program, and Final Exams are completed with all of their requirements.
The Institute of Advanced Healing and TheQuest University are divisions of the Temple of Sacred Alchemy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, spiritual organization that provides certification for graduates to counsel and coach others as ‘Spiritual Counselors’ anywhere in the world. Universal in its principles, the Institute of Advanced Healing is focused on a Global Healing Ministry to bring out the principles and practice of TheQuest worldwide. This global healing ministry is open to all graduates to participate in.
In many states and nations, licensed MFT’s, psychologists, or ministers can only use the word ‘counseling’. Therefore, it is important what words you use on your website and marketing materials. It is suggested that you use ‘Transformational Life Coach’ or ‘Spiritual Healer’ if you are not one of the above, followed by ‘with TheQuest.’ While this might seem limited, in fact, it gives you greater freedom as you can then work with people anywhere in the world, rather than be relegated to a certain state.
Once you are certified, you will be showcased on our IOAH and TheQuest websites and in your last coaching sessions, you can be assisted in created your website, flyer, business card, and other marketing materials.
Spiritual Leadership
Through our Level 2 training and certification process, students can become a Spiritual Leader in our organization. During the 12 month training, students are prepared for their life mission as Spiritual Leaders, and are assisted in determining how best they can fulfill this life calling. Upon graduation they can choose to work directly with the Institute of Advanced Healing and Dr. Ariel to help expand TheQuest worldwide, develop and/or help work on our missions, rehabilitation models, programs, and projects
Sacred Alchemist – Minister
Through our Level 3 training and certification process, Initiates can become a Minister (Sacred Alchemist) in the Temple of Sacred Alchemy. During the 12 month training, students are prepared for a life mission as a minister, and are assisted in determining how best they can fulfill this life calling. Upon graduation they can choose to:
· Set up a chapter of the Temple and/or Institute of Advanced Healing in their area
· Create a practice or ministry
· Elect to be a Director of International Affairs for their respective country or region
Heading your own chapter or center can provide a powerful healing focus for your community. Services and support groups can include: TheQuest Counseling and Life Coaching sessions, weekly support groups (Youth at Risk, Teen Forum, Healing Circle for Adults, Addicts, Women, Men, the Abused, and others), classes and events.
