Vision of a Transformed World

We are in a time of blessed dreams and profound awakenings. Our Inner Light is expanding, and we are held in its sacred embrace, witnessing its Vision of a Transformed World manifesting in our earth experience. The more we make room for this Indwelling Presence, the more our lives are transformed, and the more we are transfigured from an ordinary human into an extraordinary being who fulfills a Higher Destiny and realizes its Full Potential.

We become great under the guidance of this Inner Light. We become powerful and secure. The foundation of our life becomes an empowered anchor point of our Innate Divinity. We realize we are spiritual beings set upon an Illumined Course that allows us to awaken and become who we really are beyond the human programming that has traversed the ages of our past. We are catapulted into a time of great advancement from a deep inner soul perspective. The needs that once kept us feeling unfulfilled recede and we are left with that which really matters to fulfilling our unique Soul Purpose.

We’ve been entrapped in rounds of challenging circumstances that have held us back from our greater destiny. We’ve longed for freedom and yet, have sought it too often in an outer means, while the inner part of us that holds the Code of our True Identity waits silently within us for the time when we will finally come to the inner gates and drink deeply of its Ancient Wisdom.

When we find the Inner Truth that goes beyond all human belief and reasoning, we make a superhuman advancement beyond what we could normally realize trapped in the human limitation we’ve known in the past. We go beyond the bounds of what is humanly possible and the impossible becomes manifest in and through us.

Changing the World from Within

It is time for us to take the next step in our human evolution, to go beyond the programming and conditioning that has created so much suffering in our world, and to live more conscious, joyous lives, finding the fulfillment that has for too long eluded us. And… we can do it.

In the last century, we saw the beginning of a great change as we ventured into the Last Frontier, the inner world of the psyche. Seeking to understand the human dilemma, and one’s purpose for being here, millions of people have begun to excavate the hidden regions of the soul. This Quest has been empowering and life changing. Discontent with the limited knowledge available to fully grapple with and understand our daily challenges, a grand search has begun that is taking us into a new era.

We are entering a time of conscious co-creation, where we wake up to our responsibility to the planet and become wise stewards of our lives and of the Earth. We are being called to address the human patterns that have limited our creative expression and kept us from accessing our full potential, so that we can adequately address the challenges of our present planetary equation.

While many of us long for a better life, our everyday situations weigh heavily upon us. The endless round of financial struggles, personality conflicts, health issues and relationship dynamics keep our attention away from the grander purpose in life. Enmeshed in the struggle, we fail to comprehend the deeper meaning behind our existence. Living under stress has become a way of life, while true happiness and inner peace continually elude us. We want to end suffering on the planet but we cannot seem to stop the misery of our own personal circumstances. Ever-new challenges continually arise, the strain increases, and we continue to live unfulfilled lives.

The discontent rumbling in the psyche of humanity is a catalyst for world change and this is happening inside of each one of us. This discontent inspires a longing for something more, for that seemingly unattainable dream of peace and a sense of rightness about our life and reason for being here. That is when the inner quest begins. In those moments of greatest struggle, when we are faced with surmounting difficulties, our soul cries out in anguish so loudly we must take notice. The world, with its constant clamor for attention recedes and we turn our attention within.

As we move our awareness away from the outer world, a grand exploration begins. Listening to our emotions, we begin to tap into our feelings. Going further inside, we find a part of us that is hurting, that is the one calling out in pain. We begin to get an image of this part of us. “She is broken down, sad.” “He is carrying a heavy burden, like a huge boulder.” “She is hurt and angry.”

These inner images make us curious to go beyond the barriers our lack of knowledge has erected, into an inner world we’ve never traversed before because we have not known how to adequately deal with our emotional upheavals. Religious doctrines have labeled them as bad and yet, no matter how good we try to be, in any given moment, we can change from happy to sad, content to miserable, loving to hateful, or from peace to rage no matter how strong our intentions are. This has troubled us when prevalent doctrines on the planet tell us we are sinners and evil at our core.

As challenging conditions accelerate on the planet, we can no longer ignore the painful voices that arise from within. They are too strong. Virulent as hurricanes, they overwhelm our conscious awareness, holding us in a vise-like grip to the point where our shoulders contract and our stomachs become sick. We cannot function, we cannot think, and our decisions become fear-based as we are flung into a fight for survival.

We have not known how simple it is to effectively deal with this part of us or really what part it is. We have believed we are our emotions and that we had to keep our emotions locked inside where they can’t do any harm. Meanwhile, they are eating us alive and making us ill.

This has been an area of research and discovery over many years that brought me to the heart of the matter. I reveal all in my book, TheQuest: Heal Your Life, Change Your Destiny. In it, you will find a complete Healing System that includes a seven step process that can bring you from upset to peace in minutes, while healing the underlying pattern creating your life challenges. It’s a powerful way to support yourself in living your full potential.

Reclaiming the Lost Self

It is time for us to realize our greater potential, to find the jewels of our True Nature and know that, as Souls of Light, we are multifaceted, brilliant, and rare. Our Soul Essence speaks to our innate Divinity, that source of Life within that never changes, is never harmed or destroyed by anything we ever go through. For it is a reality that dwells in its own plane, its own sacred space, waiting silently for us to embrace it once again and thereby reclaim our lost power.

Piero Ferrucci, in his book, What We May Be, Techniques For Psychological And Spiritual Growth Through Psychosynthesis, speaks of the Authentic Self as “the only part of us which remains forever the same. When we fully experience it, it becomes an ever-present pivot point for the rest of our personality where we can regain our poise and self-consistency.”

It is reclaiming this Lost Self that will allow us to realize our full potential, not the endless accomplishments we perform throughout the day. Our self-esteem can only be restored when we become the part of us that has a strong self-image, that lives in truth, that knows the beauty of our soul, and is a bastion of wisdom, powerful and clear.

In his book, Unfoldment of the Great Within, Bernhard Jensen speaks of the importance of connecting with our Authentic Self. He says, that “every person has a ‘Great Within,' a power asleep, genius latent, possibilities that are slumbering, gifts that are undiscovered, and aptitudes that are as yet untapped.” He believes, “We each need a self-introduction and that self-recognition is imperative.”

If you want to be free of your patterns, if you want to realize your full potential, you must take the journey within. You must go deep within your psyche, passing through all the self-judgments, inner wounds, and painful memories you’ve carried for so long to find your Lost Self.

This is the path of the Initiate. It is a rite of passage that will take you from the momentums born of unconscious patterns to the power of your Authentic Self. The glory of this inner work is that when you relinquish the temporal power that has limited your life experience, your Divine Powers are restored.

If we, in this new millennium, fail to harness the wisdom and power of the Authentic Self, if we choose instead to remain in ignorance, perpetuating the mythology that causes suffering in the earth, we will continue to live as children rather than realizing our full potential and fulfilling our highest destiny. The earth will continue in its present path of destruction while humanity experiences cataclysms beyond imagination, for if not healed within us, the wounded self will continue to create suffering in the world.

In this Time of the Awakening, we are summoned to the Last Frontier, the uncharted realms of the psyche, to find the answers to our personal dilemmas and to heal the unconscious wounds that we carry not only from our own personal experience but also from the generations of our past. This is the level of healing a challenging passage provides. Largely left to itself, subconscious programming has the power to create havoc in our world and yet, it has gone unnoticed and unaddressed in every century. Meanwhile, the soul of humanity remains wounded.

Bound to false ideals of martyrdom from ages of misinterpretation, our subconscious patterns continue to create suffering in the world rather than harmony, loving, and peace. Financial hardship and ruin, relationship challenges and more drive home the fact that we are living under false ideologies that have paved the way to suffering in each millennium. It is time that we address the reasons behind the ills of our world rather than continually striving to fix each little problem.

There is a vast reservoir of pain permeating the planet. Perhaps you have felt it. It is an echo of a wound within the psyche of humanity. It is calling for our attention and healing, but we have learned, as a race of humans, to ignore the inner pain and instead try to cover it over with endless activities, pleasures and substances that have led to an addiction epidemic worldwide. With our minds continually set on the activities of the outer world, our inner pain is unaddressed, and the inner voice of reason that has insightful answers and a potential for healing goes unheard. Ignoring this most powerful part of ourselves, we remain subject to a human patterning of pain while our souls cry out unfulfilled. We are out of touch with our humanity and ourselves. We remain like programmed robots inhabiting a world devoid of our inner wisdom and guidance.

To heal the planet is a worthy intention, but it will take much more than good works and kind deeds, more than timely inventions and humanitarian efforts. It will take a journey within that will seem as precarious as a journey to the Center of the Earth, for it will lead us to our inner monsters, to self hatred and fear, to false beliefs and noble-seeming ideologies born from misinterpreting who we are. We must journey through the rubble of our wounded past, revisiting all that has caused us pain and acknowledge the devastation our patterns have created.

We must awaken to the fact that we were never victims. Our patterns and false convictions created every painful experience we have ever gone through. Our subconscious has been the powerful ruler in our world and we have allowed it to create misery and pain until the planet is immersed in suffering that is unbearable to witness and experience.

While Heaven on Earth has been a cherished ideal of the masses, in truth, Heaven seldom visits the earth. Each moment spent in churches and Synagogues, meditation or contemplation is soon forgotten as we reenter the world of human drama with all its personality conflicts. A thousand meditations cannot wipe away the fact that
there is an underlying cause behind suffering in our world, that the mind cannot repair by simply striving to live in peace. We must go deeper. We must find the wounded self and heal it. We must put the unresolved past to rest.

We must release our misinterpretations, stand in truth, and cast out the myth of victimhood at last. We cannot live in the victim consciousness and think that we can manifest Heaven on Earth. The two do not go together. We must free ourselves from the prisons of martyrdom, lay to rest our history of sorrow and travail, and move into a glorious future, free and unfettered.

As one age closes and another begins, the soul of humanity is crying out. It wants release from the human patterns that have kept it bound in limiting conditions. It can no longer live with the way things are. This catalyzing force within the human psyche is a clarion bell of prophetic wisdom. It tells us: The time has come for humanity to move to the next level of soul evolution, and Awakening Souls throughout the world are paving the way. They are breaking out of the prisons that confined their ancestors. They are embarking on a journey into uncharted realms to find their identity and reason for being here. They are paving a way for others who, less courageous, need strong leaders to guide the way.

Perhaps you’ve felt the confines of this present era. You look around and wonder how the planet will survive. Entrapped in your own life circumstances, you struggle with challenging situations, overwhelmed by responsibilities, and engulfed in a torrent of unresolved emotions. Through these challenges, you are longing to break free from limitations, break down the barriers, free your creative expression, and realize your greater potential. While these experiences can feel like you in a prison of circumstance beyond remedy, it is when you feel the most trapped that you are ready to break free.

Sometimes the darkest hour is right before a glorious dawn. It is at these times you can no longer tolerate the circumstances you are living in. You tried to make changes, but still feel locked in situations that finally become unbearable. It has all been too much or has gone too far. Yet, it is immense challenges that can catalyze you to make the greatest changes. When faced with the immensity of human problems born of human error, you can no longer ignore the bondage that has limited your creative self-expression.

The world situation is telling us it is time for us to end the strife that has long been a part of the world condition, to step free of the darkness that has entrapped humanity for too long. The Reign of Darkness must end. Each person must decide if they are ready to end suffering, if they are ready to end the pain that has traversed their family line and to step free of everything that has bound and confined them.

It is not easy to be an Awakening Soul, to have a Vision of a better world encoded in your heart when others seek the status quo. It is a journey that takes courage. It can bring you to the brink of darkness and despair, and leave you bereft of comforts that can only come with a high price, the loss of your soul awareness. These challenges can be your greatest ally, and bring you through a powerful change. If you go to the deepest levels in your search for a remedy, you will find a cure by healing the patterns that are behind the difficulties you are manifesting in your life. Your outer world experience, with its myriad conditions and relationships, is but a mirror to a lost world within. You must be courageous to make this trek, but the reward is great. You will reclaim your Lost Self.

We Are In the Time of Change

Many people today are delving deeply into their psychology. They are searching within to find the answers to their life dilemmas rather than blaming God as others in the past have done. When you realize your patterns have created the unhappy circumstances in your life, not a fate dictated to you by God, or a punishment for what you did in another life, you begin a journey of self-discovery that can free you from the rounds of ‘karma.’ By karma, I mean, the challenging conditions in your life.

Outer challenges serve us by calling our attention to an inner condition. This can come through challenging relationship dynamics, health concerns, financial constraints, setbacks, and loss. These situations trigger an emotional response that is like a flag waving in the wind trying to get your attention. The more quickly you focus inward on how you are feeling, the swifter the healing process can begin. Dwelling in emotions or uncomfortable thoughts only prolongs the misery, and while pouring out your pain to others may bring some relief, it will not facilitate the healing and resolution that the deeper work can provide

The Bible states, “The sins of the fathers are visited on their children.” This teaching seems cruel until we realize that what is meant is that patterns run for generations down family lines and only stop when they are finally healed. Until that time, the same misery, the same impotence, the same anger will plague families, and innocent children born into each new generation will continue to be infected.

Each child being born into the world has a Divine Plan, but the human patterns it takes on from its family lineage, along with the conditioning it receives from its own life experiences colors and corrupts that plan. Instead, life becomes a series of challenging experiences, where people feel lost and out of touch with their True Selves. Most humans go through life with a mistaken identity, believing they are their personality traits and patterns, so they become machines moving to the dictates of their programmed conditioning rather than being vehicles of their Divine Nature fulfilling a higher plan.

The human programming within the subconscious literally corrupts the Divine Intention innate within each living being, just as the unconscious human existence on earth is corrupting the perfection of the Nature Kingdom. Crystal waters now run brown throughout the planet. We must add chemicals to cleanse water that was once pure and unpolluted so we can drink it. Our air is causing health challenges because of our industries, and storms are growing more virulent because of global warming. This is all reflective of a humanity who is living unconsciously, following a human rather than divine pattern.

To fulfill the glorious destiny meant for us, we must first return to the Authentic Selfhood, which is our Divine Birthright. This part of us must be excavated from beneath the human conditioning we have taken on. Then we
can live from our True Nature and fulfill a higher plan. When we restore ourselves to our True Authentic Power, we will then take our rightful place, as empowered citizens of this world. Through this empowerment and its actualization in our physical reality, we will see the end of suffering on our planet.

Redemption of a Planet

The grave challenges of our present world condition are driving us to seek answers and to find a way out of the immense planetary dilemmas we are facing. A grand excavation is taking place as the mysteries of the human psyche, are at last, unlocked. Awakening to the truth, the light of a new conscious awareness pierces the veil that has kept humanity disempowered and disconnected from their Source. Illumination is replacing the Dark Night. Healing our subconscious patterns is ending the Reign of Darkness. The cause of suffering is being cured from within and soon, it will be a faint memory in the minds of a future race who have learned how to live in their Authentic Reality.

The sun of a new era is rising. A golden glimmer reaches us from a not too distant future and bathes us in its peaceful radiance. A profound personal and planetary transformation is underway, a keynote of this New Millennium. Together we are moving in harmony towards a New Future, guided by an inner Vision of a Transformed World. A unique planetary destiny is calling us, delivered by millions of Awakening Souls worldwide. We are birthing Eden, a glorious planetary reality born from an inner world of transcendence and light, which is our Edenic Nature.

Our Inner Quest is taking us into the realm of spiritual psychology to find the answers to the many dilemmas we are facing. When we live out patterns passed down to us through our family lineage, we reap the same challenges and unhappiness. Our fate becomes predetermined as we relegate ourselves to the same misery, hardships, and suffering our ancestors endured and then as if that is not enough, we carry forward our family patterns to the next generation. This never-ending wheel of human strife has caused immense suffering, as the ‘ills of the fathers’ pass down to the children. Beneath our conscious awareness, patterns are creating a reality that is contrary to the harmony and peace of our True Nature. Translated on a global scale, humanity remains lost in the continual outplay of human conditioning, rarely glimpsing the life that was our legacy in the Garden of Eden.

In past generations, people did not have the vast body of knowledge we have today. Nor did they tools to address their issues or work on their patterns. The psyche was a mystery yet untapped. When facing challenges, people in the west felt that a stern and unforgiving God was punishing them for something they had done. They would flounder through trying circumstances sometimes barely making it through. The belief that they were sinners along with the threat of hell became a schism in the psyche of many people seeking answers through religion.

In the east, a difficult passage was one’s “karma” for being bad in a previous life. Behind each life challenge was an accounting system that was being skillfully administered. Having been found “wanting,” they now had to pay for what they had done even though they could not remember what that was. In both cases, ‘Redemption through Suffering’ has been the theme and this has played out in countless violent and harmful ways until earth has become known as a place of suffering, where one pays their penance, hoping to gain entrance into Heaven or a better world.

For years, I have been intensely committed to finding out the truth behind suffering. Is there really a Deity in charge, remanding wayward souls to a penal colony of suffering? Is suffering the Will of God? This quest took me on journeys into the psyche where I made discoveries contrary to prevalent societal and religious beliefs. What I discovered gave me a completely new understanding of painful circumstances and their origin. I found in each case the responsibility with the individual, not with an outer force, accounting system, or deity. There was no one out there relegating the person to painful situations. Contrary to popular opinion, I found that there is no true victimhood. There is always a subconscious component to the challenges we face and a level of responsibility.

We must address our inner pain, if we want the world to change around us. This is the only way we can release ourselves from the rounds of ‘karma’ dictated by our patterns. When we heal our lives, we open the way for a higher destiny to unfold.
Redemption of our planet must take place, because we have entered the 11th hour. This will take place either through massive cataclysms or a shift in human consciousness. The choice is ours. It’s not too late to wake up. We can free ourselves from this programming and restore this Sorrowful Star back to Eden.

There is a shift taking place in the consciousness of humanity that is changing the very molecules of our world. It is literally undoing the dire potentials before us from within. As each person undergoes an internal healing of the Shadow, the Light Within is compelling positive change. This change begins within our consciousness and is quickly felt in our personal lives. It then sends out a new vibration that has a rippling effect on the collective unconscious of humanity. Finally, the change becomes a physical, tangible reality on the planet. We are seeing this today as many dire prophecies and predictions for our time melt away before our eyes.

True Reality is intangible. It is the quantum physics that is continually in flux, consciousness in motion. We as citizens of this planet, echo our consciousness through the galaxy, shifting physical reality by each nuance of our being, as we meld with the collective of the planet in constant creation.

We are facing dire circumstances and our future looks uncertain. A Dark Night is fast approaching as countries and peoples are betrayed by those moved by greed. A nightmare is fast appearing on our horizon and in many nations has already arrived, but we can change it. As we make changes to our inner structures, reprogramming the patterns that have created problems in our lives, we take a leap in personal evolution with the rest of the millions of humanity who are now undergoing this quantum shift.

Our world is in transition because this great shift is occurring internally and the Shadow World, which has created so much havoc in our outer reality, is transforming. This distinctly violet, personal and planetary transformation is changing first the internal, and then the external structure of our world.

Today we cannot adequately predict what will come upon us. It is in flux, and we make a difference. Each one of us is deciding our future today! We can move out of fear and trepidation, change the way we think and how we live, and reach new heights of attainment through the inner vista of supreme majesty and grace known as our Authentic Selfhood. Through the eyes of this Self, all is perfection. We can live that perfection today. It is a return to Eden through embodying the Edenic Consciousness, which is our True State beyond the human programming. When humanity has restored Eden Within… Eden will return to Earth.

The Transforming Power of Forgiveness

In 1991, a Kahuna stepped into my life and began transferring powerful healing arts to me. He said he had felt drawn by the healing music coming from my home. After meeting me, he had seen visions of my future where I was helping people all over the world. He knew that he was supposed to pass the Kahuna Lineage to me, though normally it is passed to someone in the family. I was Soul Family. His Visions of my future had confirmed this.

So began a series of sessions over two years with Grandmaster Pang. He was traveling between the island of Oahu and Portland, running a Shaolin martial arts school in both locations that was helping Youth at Risk. Each time I saw him, he would scan me from head to toe. Seeing my inquiring look, he would say, “This knowledge cannot be misused. I have to make sure it is ok to pass it.” He would then transfer the most amazing healing arts to me. Immediately, my healing sessions would go to a whole new level with my clients and my inner sight and awareness would increase!

One of the most powerful healing arts was Ho’oponopono. This ritual of forgiveness releases us from the heavy weight we’ve carried from of our past, including painful memories, stigmas from the projections and judgments of others, and traumatic experiences. It is a very freeing experience. One session I give is a complete life clearing. We start at the present and work our way back to birth or before, healing each memory and negative dynamic with others. This work can take one hour or five, depending on one’s life history, but must be continued until everything is complete. People have tremendous life changes from the work. Relationships are healed and the person becomes more of their True Self.

Through this work, I learned the value of releasing negative emotions and situations. Aka cords tie us to others, draining our energy and keeping us in a negative dynamic with them. Grandmaster Pang said that the ancient Hawaiian’s likened us to bowls of light that accumulate stones from our life experiences. These stones must be removed for us to be our best selves, thus, the importance of practicing Ho’oponopono.

In 1993 on my birthday, Grandmaster Pang passed his Mana (Healing Power) to me in a sacred ceremony that graduated me as a Kahuna. This was a powerful conclusion to some of the most extraordinary experiences of my life. Since then it has been a great joy to perform this powerful healing and passing this sacred knowledge and healing tradition to my clients.

Taming the Shadow

Virulent emotions, unhappy circumstances, worry, fear, pain and stress… all the voice of a shadow part of us that is continually creating havoc in our lives. This Shadow Self drives us with its unconscious fears and desires. It over runs our consciousness with upsets and distress. We set clear intentions and it sabotages them. We affirm positive ideals and yet, many times manifest so much less.

Your Shadow is a part of you that is unconscious. You only become aware of it when it bursts out in emotions, worry, or fear. When you encounter life challenges, it is this Shadow part of you in your subconscious that is wielding its power in your physical world. The more quickly you address your situation on the subconscious level, the faster you will move through it and the less time you will spend suffering. The key is to take back the power from your Shadow Self and be the master of your psychology.

To do this, you must refuse to let the Shadow run you. The moment it arises, you are moving into action. You are taking command. TheQuest™ Seven Steps is part of a Self Healing System I developed. It provides a way for you to heal each increment of your Shadow as it arises to conscious awareness or begins playing out in your world. When you decide to quell the shadow appearances in your world, you empower your Authentic Self and begin to embody your radiant, powerful, true nature.

Many believe that all they need to do is be a “good” person and that when trying times come, they can rely solely on clear intentions, affirmations, and positive thinking. This is not a formula for changing your life circumstances. It is simply a way to keep your mental body in good health. That you can consciously manifest your dreams and will yourself into greater prosperity and ease is an illusory belief.

Clear intentions are powerful and they are an important part of the equation, but if the subconscious is not in alignment with your intention, outside of a miracle, it’s just not going to happen. You will not lose the weight. You will not restore the love in a challenging relationship. You will not manifest that greater job or higher financial income. Even if your desire does manifest, the situation may quickly unravel until it once again reflects your subconscious programming.

That is why it may have seemed impossible to change the circumstances of your life. Even though you may have tried to mentally coerce yourself out of an addiction, challenging relationship or illness, if you do not address the pattern on the subconscious level, you may gain a lot of insight and understanding about it, but it will not change unless you deal with it directly. Regardless of how clear your intention is, the subconscious will continue to manifest according to its patterning.

Your outer experience is a reflection of your inner reality. Dual in nature, the dichotomy of your life experiences mirrors your inner duality. Your Authentic Self is like a brilliant sun filling your life with sunshine, happiness, and peace, while your Shadow Self is like a Dark Cloud that keeps you upset, stressed, miserable, and burdened.

Where there is harmony, loving, happiness, financial prosperity, and health, this is reflecting your Authentic Nature. Where you suffer and encounter difficulties, the Shadow is running you. The degree that you are living in harmony and peace and manifesting the life of your dreams is the degree to which your Authentic Self is in command of your life.

The more you clear your subconscious patterns, the more your Authentic Self can shine through and positively influence your life. You don’t need to work hard for a living or kill yourself for your dreams, for the real key to happiness, prosperity, and peace lies within.

If you want your life to change, give back the power to your Authentic Self. If you want your life to reflect the higher visions you hold for yourself and your loved ones, then it is time to give the Authentic Self the reins of power in your world. To do this, you must clear the way so that it can wield its power in your life. When allowed its pure expression, there is beauty, happiness, health and perfection. Therefore, a simple recoding must take place within the psyche to allow this natural self to take command.

You must change each inner pattern that is dictating a different way of life. Wherever you are being limited or blocked, there is a sabotaging subconscious pattern ready to heal. Each outer condition has a corresponding inner pattern. Subconscious personalities wired through false beliefs to run false programs are holding each pattern in place. Each pattern is a virus in the human psyche that has corrupted the human computer and it is very powerful, overriding your innate personality.

A virus will continue to raise havoc in your psyche until you eliminate it, and Inner Aspects corrupted by the virus will continue to run the same pattern until you reprogram them. It is a simple equation. Placing positive affirming information into the computer (positive thoughts and affirmations) may have a beneficial overall effect on you mentally, but it will not alter your subconscious programs. You must deal with them directly.
